I possess a deep understanding of our profession, having worked as a Vet Nurse and Practice Manager for over 20 years. With extensive, international experience in the delivery of Veterinary projects I have built solid expertise with a specific focus around business and clinical strategy, leadership, marketing, communications and logistics. Having led a multitude of projects across a broad range of veterinary practices. I am able to collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead project teams and ultimately deliver client focused results on time and within budget. Projects can be as large as the creation of a new facility from scratch or as small as helping you get on top of your day to day admin tasks. No project is too big or too small.
